There are currently three teams of volunteers which rotate on a three week basis, we aim that volunteers help out for one session per month
- Welcome Host - Meet and greet new members and introduce Toy Library
- New Member/ Volunteer Buddy’s - Providing support as necessary
- Preparing Refreshments & Health Snacks for Children & Adults
- Toy Cleaning & Booking - This role a is shared during sessions
- Booking Toys In & Out - This role a is shared during sessions
- Toy Runner Collecting and depositing toys from CTL Toy stores -This role a is shared during sessions
- Committee Roles - We are in need of a new Treasurer from November 2008. We are looking to fill the position of Treasurer with someone with knowledge of bookkeeping and finance (NB: We are keen for someone to take on role for minimum period of two years)
- Promotion - Help designing leaflets & flyers
- Fundraising - Writing bids, attending carnivals, attracting sponsorshop
- Additional Needs - Help developing Additional Needs resource scheme
- Outreach Support - Liasion & Delivering and collecting toys from local groups, schools and GP Surgeries

We are currently looking to fill two new positions; Session Co-Ordinator and Outreach Worker. Although there are two role descriptions being advertised Crich Toy Library committee would prefer to contract one self employed person for both roles.
